This ShopRite earns five stars not because it is perfect, but because it stands out as the best one in the area. It is the largest location nearby, which makes a real difference even when it gets busy. The layout allows you to move through the store without feeling cramped, something other nearby stores struggle with. The selection is where this location truly shines. The international food offerings are excellent, with a strong range of Asian products, Hispanic items, and other global foods that are not always easy to find. It easily outperforms competitors that advertise themselves as premium or grade A but offer far less variety. The added amenities also make a big difference. There is a cafe, a hot food and deli section, and a solid sushi bar, which makes it convenient whether you are shopping for the week or just grabbing a quick meal. Parking can get busy, but it is still more manageable than other ShopRite locations in the area. Overall, this is the most reliable and well rounded ShopRite nearby and the one I consistently choose to shop at.
For the second time in a row I was overcharged. If this enterprise thinks it’s gone digital then nothing could be further from the truth. Time and time again the posted discounts at the aisles don’t register with checkout to the point of some suspect shell game played between the digital application, the printed weekly flyer and the discounts posted at the store shelves. If you’re legitimately going digital then post QR codes at your items so they can be scanned with the app and recorded so that they register with checkout. Having your store clerks do end runs for price checks points to a convenient oversight on the integrity of your discount strategy. Your AI response to this post is as unwelcome as your ability to make good on your discount intent.
The hot bar was great! Fresh and many different kinds of Chickens and a lot more! With Reasonable price, I went there instead of going to restaurant, and I am pretty satisfied. The rest of whop was also clean and nice , big and well stocked shop, with polite and helpful staffs. Thank you
I need to feed members of my band on a budget. The deli was able to accommodate all needs including vegetarian, low-carb, and gluten-free. The presentation was beautiful and a great value. Thank you Nancy and your team! Updated with new pics on 7-31-2023
I have to start by saying, this review is specifically about ShopRite’s deli. On occasion, I love a really good deli sandwich. Most times when my craving comes on, it’s after 4pm. Most delis close at about 4pm. I don’t remember when I first learned that ShopRite sold deli sandwiches, but it was a long time ago. Ever since I ordered my first ShopRite deli sandwich, I was hooked. The bread is always fresh. They give generous amounts of deli meat. I absolutely have to have shredded lettuce on my deli sandwiches and they deliver. It really is a good sandwich. The best part is, the prices are reasonable. I literally forgot about their sandwiches for a few years and then it popped back into my mind this year. I had to let those who might not have known that they make good sandwiches, know. The reason I only gave it a four is, most times, the deli guys (mostly guys), look like they can’t be bothered and they give the feeling that you are inconveniencing them. Sometimes, it takes a a few minutes for someone to finally come over and take your order, like there is some kind of internal dispute about who should take the next order. Also, this particular time, I gave my order to the gentleman and repeated it over and over and when I took my sandwich home, I realized he “forgot” to add cheese and onions like I repeated several times. Other than that, it was a good sandwich. I am really doing this review to let people know that ShopRite is a great (cold) sandwich alternative, when you are in the mood for a sandwich. AND it really is a good sandwich too.
