Placed an online pickup order a day early. They were late to pick my order causing me to wait at the store and missed my time slot. In addition they cancled items that were in stock. I saw the items walking around the store when I was waiting. The worst part was I declined several substitutions and they tried charging me 87 dollars. My orginal total was 81 dollars. So they tried to charge me more money for 6 less items. I did some paper math and my new total should have been around 60. The manager and staff agreed with me but said they cant do anything. I told them to cancel my entire order. All in all wasted hours and left with nothing. I dont blame the kids picking as they looked understaffed. The manager needs better training on pick up orders.
Is all about freshness, beside that today 12/22/2025 at the self checkout items $4.98... Shoprite, according to Rosa that the system don't dispense pennies, so Shoprite instead of rounding there prices on there products dollars... customers loose. Listen is not the 2 pennies is just tired of everything going up and this in the morning makes me upset. WHAT A YEAR...
Good selection of products, but you need to use coupons. Watch what you buy, as certain items are found cheaper elsewhere. They had some cleaning issues behind their bacon on the shelf, but otherwise acceptable level of clean surfaces. Shop the best and don't forget the rest (Of the stores) Shop smart and stay healthy.
Go-to grocery store. Folks are nice, well stocked shelves. Decent deals and prices. Hate that grocery prices are going up (but that’s everywhere) their cleaning robot is a bit inconvenient sometimes.
