I ordered flowers for my cousins wake. The flowers were big, bright, and beautiful. They were delivered on time and the card was printed correctly. I called and spoke with a lovely woman who answered all my questions before I placed the order. It was all very easy and a pleasant experience. Would definitely order here again.
I called Montville florist after it’s being recommended by another florist in my area who was booked. I am SO happy I made that call. I ordered 2 different colored corsages for prom and they were BEAUTIFUL!! Both matched perfectly and I couldn’t stop raving about them. The best part, I just gave them the colors. Leah Van Ness and the crew at Montville Florist were wonderful to work with. My Moms funeral flowers were gorgeous, over and above what we were hoping for! Every arrangement I received from family and friends from here were beautiful and lasted for so long too. Highly recommend!
Called for a short fused request to deliver flowers for my anniversary. They said "its too much work" to get the flowers to a specific booth at an event at Mohegan. No effort to problem solve. Just "No". I was going to suggest I would be willing to pay for their time and effort. I was upfront that I knew this was short-fused. But, the quick, no-effort response was a huge turn-off. Do not recommend.
I have been a customer of Montville Florist for over a decade. They have never disappointed me. Each arrangement that I have tasked them with creating has been absolutely stunning. The flowers and their arrangements seem to last quite a long time when compared with their competitors’. (I have used others in a pinch). I try to make it a habit of sending my wife flowers on random occasions when I’m thinking about her. I still hit the benchmarks of Valentine’s Day and our anniversary. Montville Florist has always made me look way better than I deserve. And they make me feel like a valuable customer, often taking last minute request from me in order to get a delivery to someone quickly. I highly recommend them and will continue to utilize their wonderful talents to help make the people that I care about smile.
