By far, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many locations and have been a customer for over 10years. The management team here is unprofessional and doesn’t care to help the consumer. It’s sad when the employees have better people skills than the managers in charge of them.

Don’t waste your time here when you can just go to Costco so much better

I think it's time to finally say it. I am so sick of being accosted by the BJ's people who approach you all friendly, like they're just going to say hi, ask your name (hint: give them a fake name), and offer you some coupons. It starts friendly and seemingly innocent. You tell them you don't want the coupons or have them already clipped in your app. They don't care. Now they have your name and are in, proceeding to accost you and attempt to lure you into buying solar or cell phone services. After you tell them you don't need the coupons, that you have solar, or that you're satisfied with your cell service, some of these individuals will actually follow you up and down the aisles, harassing you for attention or a sale, until you finally have to tell them to leave you alone. It goes from friendly to upsetting. Some of them even have the nerve to get in your face and get angry when you ask them to back off. Take a hint, get out of our space, and don't push people. We're not there for you. We've purchased a membership to shop for items at BJ's, not to be stalked and followed down aisles and accosted about coupon books, solar, or cell phone services. We all know the coupon book is a front. If we say no to your coupons, respect it. If we decline your solar or cell services, please respect our decision. I literally try to dodge aisles now that I know where these guys may be lurking, but some will still try to hunt you down. It's ridiculous. Do they do this at COSTCO?

Bj in Waterbury Connecticut is horrible!! Why buy a membership when they dont do nothing about these old man scalpers for cards especially!!!! Like waiting for 3 hours around and the workers dont think its wierd that they pushing up on children and all?! Do better,just nasty!!

I had an issue with a purchase I made and not getting my reward points, and the manager, Jeannie, and the service desk person, Megan, were very helpful in rectifying the situation. I appreciate their patience and fixing the issue, and left satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.
