Butler Florist & Garden Center

My friend took me here on Memorial Day and although I’ve been living near WeHa center for years and in the town my entire life, I never knew this shop was here! I’m very into plants and was highly impressed with their variety of plants and flowers. They even have an organic section for the veggies, which I think is neat. Some of my favorite flowers are difficult to find in most garden centers, but Butler Florist & Garden Center had a huge variety of fuchsias, dahlias, begonias and lantana. Their variety and selection of hanging arrangements is incredible, and if I hadn’t already bought several for my deck I would’ve absolutely taken some home with me. The shop also has a wonderful selection of pots, garden equipment, fertilizers, and everything else. Even bonsai pots! And gorgeous high quality wind chimes that sound divine. I bought a gorgeous metal crane that reflects the sun beautifully and will look right at home in my sister’s Vermont flowerbeds. Even though I don’t need any more flowers for the year, I’ll definitely be back just to browse and explore!

I felt like I entered an enchanted garden. It’s really ran-down but oh so many lovely plants and shrubs. Amazing warm and helpful people. I spent two hours there just walking around. And of course, spent more than I planned. Things are bought are growing in my years beautifully!

Steve revived my Meyer lemon plant that was gifted to me by my sister on my birthday. I have been buying plants from him ever since and my experience has been nothing short of great. He’s gone the extra mile by taking care of my plants when I’m out of the country — without him my plants would be dead leaving me extremely unhappy. Thank you! Beautiful Christmas plant delivered flawlessly! Butler called ahead and made sure someone was going to be home. It was used as the holiday centerpiece. Great price and great service. Can't go wrong with a local small business!

Have tried this place at different times throughout the year in a lapse of probably 3 or so years. I’ve never had a good experience, whether it’s the service (or lack of), selection (again, or lack of), or organization (or lack of), it’s just consistently bad. Always looking to support local WeHa businesses, but there’s definitely better ones out there.
