I stopped in here to do some Christmas shopping. Fun fact, the paper store has a lot more stuff that’s not paper related whatsoever… Who knew? The staff is nice and I found them to be very helpful. The store appears to be clean and well stocked. I found lots of great items that will make fine gifts!
Bought a candle for my sons 2nd birthday and this is how it looked like when I opened the box right before singing happy bday. Beyond disappointed.
Visited this store for the first time a few days ago, was looking for a grid notebook for myself and an address book for my mom. An associate came over and asked what I was looking for and gave me a few pointers, everything was fine. I started looking at different items, took some pictures to send my mom, opened a few journals to check the paper. Some five minutes later the same associate came to check if I found what I was looking for, I said I'm still browsing. Almost immediately after she came again to ask if I found an address book. At that point I was beginning to feel pressured to hurry up. I didn't like this at all. Stationery stores are a bit of my comfort place and I love to just look at things, sometimes for a long time, before I buy something. I really don't need someone to be all up in my business every couple minutes. I understand it must be the policy and not the associate's fault, but I was made to feel uncomfortable. I wanted to check out some other areas as the store is large and seems to have a good selection, but as soon as I made a step towards apparel I felt the eyes on me again. I didn't want to be shadowed again and left the store without buying anything. :(
We've always had very friendly, attentive service here. There's a decent selection of a wide variety of things here, from clothing, to toys to books to cards to jewelry. Pricing has always seemed reasonable for what we purchased. This is also a good place to look for that kind of eclectic something for somebody who's hard to otherwise get a gift for. There's plenty of parking in the back of the plaza where the store is located.
This store is in a safe area and has a lot to offer (clothes, jewelry, home decor, etc).. but everything is overpriced and the workers are unfriendly.
