I spent $70 for my mother birthday flowers delivery through 1800 flowers. What she got was totally disappointed. Such an embarrassed. I ordered medium vase with total 5 flowers and the rest are mostly leaves?! I am not even joking about 5 flowers that she got. I could of went to Trader Joes and make better boutique for my mom. I went to shop website and read everyone reviews, and found out I wasn’t the only one get that kind of service. I know time is hard, but make it make sense! Stay away from this dishonest business practice, and save your money for a better service experience
I stopped in to get a bouquet for a my wife which I requested to spend about $60. I received a bouquet similar to something you would get pre wrapped from Stop and Shop for $15. I have gotten $60 bouquets from other florists with many more flowers. I reached out to the store to try to resolve the issue, as I was unsure on how to convey my disappointment at the time and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. No one ever got back to me. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning.
Purchased a Deluxe bouquet of flowers for my wife’s birthday and it was exactly as picture, if not even better. Arrived exactly when it was scheduled and even got a smile and a wave from the driver. Thank you all for putting love into what you do.
