Store sucks. No other way to say it. Worker suck. Just Brought in a perfectly good bin of clothes still with tags or barely worn. Told me that “they couldn’t make an offer”. Maybe stop being so picky about what’s accepted? Anybody would be appreciative to receive any kind of clothes at all. Do better and get your act together!
My last visit to this store was by far the best I’ve had in the 12 years I’ve shopped there. Jada provided outstanding service with a positive and professional attitude despite a more complicated transaction that took additional time to correct. She couldn’t have been more helpful. This level of service is what all employees should strive for. Writing this review as a seller. I called and was given the generic info about what to expect in store. Went in; creating a profile was simple easy you just needed to have a Driver's license. Staff wasnt the most courteous, no greeting or anything but i didnt care. i just wanted to do a transaction. All my items were either new or worn once and genuine brands so I was expecting a great deal. I had 4 brand name sneakers (each valued at over $130) and also name brand winter coats and tops. Each northface sells for over $120. To my surprise the clerk came back and told me that she will accept everything for $38.43. I was so baffled I said excuse me. Look at these items the quality the care. Not even 1 retails for that and you will take all for $30?!?. I'm not sure how they do their pricing but I would say dont waste your time if you have good stuff going there. Stick to FB marketplace. I laughed so hard.
Yes, it's IS a nice place to get slightly used children toys and clothes. The people working were friendly (even though I came late on a Saturday night). The store is VERY full of items and you should expect to spend some time looking through things to find the item you want. Many selecticions and you may have trouble choosing.
My daughter and I were there yesterday. Great selection of clothes very organized. And the store smells amazing. Highly recommended and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
