Online pickup is Awful lately. I’ve shopped at this store for over 13 years and really like it. I’ve been doing online pickup for a few years because of my immunity issues. This is the second time I’ve had to wait for someone to bring out my order. They use to be out on 5-10 minutes. A month ago it took over 40 minutes to bring my order out. I stopped shopping here and decided to go back today. I waited for 35 minutes today. Someone on the side of us pulled in (25 minutes later) and an order was brought out to us but it was really for them. I called again after 30 minutes and finally it was brought out. Apparently they don’t have a manager for Online Pickup because they relocated the person. I complained to the Customer Service Manager. She was going to go check out he problem because orders are supposed to be brought out in 5 minutes!

I shop here frequently and the workers are SO nice. But the online pick up is terrible. It’s hardly ever ready when they say it will be. I selected 5-6pm for a pick up time today and it’s 5:37 and it’s still not ready. I’ve waited anywhere from a few minutes to 30+ waiting for my order. I called 15 min ago and they said it would be another 5-10 and it’s still not ready yet. They’ve given me the wrong order a few times. Got my order and it’s wrong again. Missing items. Extra items. Been chasing a refund on my missing items for close to 2 hours at this point. They finally refunded me and offered to give me the items for free.

Clean , friendly, quick...The MT Bank is #1 over the other local branches. Eager to help. The staff at S&S here is quick and helpful. This is a well managed Stop &Shop. They always have good meat selection and the freshness is always there with their vegetables. Never had an issue ...

90% of the time I come here I try to buy yellow/sweet/Vidalia onions and every time the individual ones are wet, mushy, or look moldy or bruised. Today even the bagged onions had spots like mold on them. I understand that onions peel and that the inside might be fine. My question is why? I have a photo from today where they look like they have mold spots. They do not look like this anywhere else. Does anyone else see this when they go?

I was at this outlet around noon and at the seafood section there is a lady named Jamaie Moore she was very rude not only this time every time I go there she is rude. Every time I asked something she just responds ‘with what do you want ‘ ‘what do you want’ again and again instead of answering my question with certain tone. Worst customer service out of 10 I give this lady 0.
