Absolutely EXCELLENT! The flowers are beautiful! The communication was helpful & friendly. The service was outstanding! She didn't charge me a delivery fee and she even included a free chocolate bar. 💗

I am extremely grateful to this business. After work, I thought about sending my wife some flowers at the last minute. Being that it was late (530ish), I wasn’t able to find any other of the more popular flower delivery options that were willing to ensure a delivery for the same day plus the majority of other local businesses were already closed. I found S&Ms after a quick Google search and went on their website which was extremely clear and very reasonably priced especially since it was a last minute purchase for delivery. I called the shop to ensure they would be able to do and the person (totally forgot her name, my apologies) was willing to assist and even gave me some rose choices based on what they had left. I made my order online and called back to confirm (nervously) and she put me at ease that they had it covered. The beautiful bouquet of flowers were delivered an hour later (via DoorDash) and my wife was sooo happy. Thank you so much for working with me, you have a customer for life!

My hubby had roses delivered to my office yesterday for my birthday. These long-stem pink roses are HUGE and gorgeous! The attention to detail is magnificent when you see the smaller flowers in between, and the assortment of greens like eucalyptus too! My favorite color is pink and even the bow was pink with glittery flowers! We will only be using S&M from now on!! Thank you S& M for being best in DE.
