My birthday was December 30th I received a call December 29th about an order I placed. I was confused until I realized it was a surprise delivery for my birthday after explaining that to the lady on the phone she still didn’t show sympathy or even apologize for the fact she just ruined the surprise even though I was obviously upset. She had a very rude tone Absolutely disgusting behavior. And to think I spoke so highly of this place which is why my boyfriend order them for there because of the nice gentleman that dropped off my flowers before. Do better! DISGUSTING
The flower arrangements I've received, have always been very well composed, fresh, fragrant and beautiful. I highly recommend Givens.
Received this beautiful holiday arrangements on Dec 19th from my sister in law for Christmas. It is still absolutely stunning! So long as you don't have to talk to anyone who works there, you will have a good experience, and will enjoy the bouquets. It is only if you have a question, and need to speak to the rude woman who answers the phone who clearly has better things to do than offer assistance, that you will run into problems. Hey rude lady, if you don't like talking to people, don't answer the phone.
Called from NC to have a birthday arrangement sent to my aunt. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. No confirmation of delivery. Please hire someone pleasant to answer your phone and take orders. Also stop telling people that you are the only florist option in Georgetown, Delaware. I will never spend another dime here.The arrangement was also very “blah” for the price.
