Kirk's Flowers & Really Neat Gifts

These flowers were $70 and $15.50 delivery. They were just delivered. You can see how wilted and wrinkled the pink roses are. I told them as a reference that my daughter likes pink roses and hydrangea’s and they were going to build an arrangement around that with filler flowers and greens. She even said that $70 would get a really nice arrangement. It appears they took the 2 flowers I mentioned and shoved them in a vase. This is not what I expected. I should have and could have gotten the same or Better at a grocery store or from the guy at the traffic light!!

I visited this shop with the intention of having pre-purchased flowers arranged. I was told that they do not work with flowers that weren’t bought directly from their store, which I understood and respected. Still, I decided to browse and support the business by purchasing items for a meaningful occasion. Flowers are more than just décor—they bring emotion, comfort, and joy. Unfortunately, my experience lacked all of that. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed. The atmosphere felt cold and uninviting, especially for someone like me—you may understand what I mean by that. The service was noticeably hesitant, and I left with only a vase and a ribbon placed loosely in a bag. There was no offer to arrange the ribbon or make the presentation special in any way. It felt like the bare minimum effort was made. While many of your reviews are glowing, I can’t help but feel that much of that may come from locals familiar with the two women in the store. My experience was far from warm or customer-focused, and as such, I will not be returning. And would advise anyone that is of a different ethnicity not to go there either.

Lies about prices. Has a "deal" for items posted on a card, and then claims it's not a deal anymore when you go to buy the items. Has someone ring you up who "doesn't work there." Another red flag about weird business practices. Clearly has some issues in the background with the management and owners disagreeing. Unintentionally doing consumer fraud and acting like it's nothing. Lying to my face. Congratulations, you have driven away a paying customer. Regardless of the pricing nonsense the negative energy emanates throughout the store. You can just buy everything in here for cheaper somewhere else. Not worth entering the door.

Absolutely stunning work! We had flowers delivered to our daughter who’s in the hospital the day before yesterday. The arrangement that was delivered to her exceeded my expectations and was extremely beautiful. It was exactly what she needed to lift her spirits with the bright and beautiful colors! I hesitate when ordering flowers from out of state as the sister of a floral designer/shop owner. I have very high expectations and Kirk’s exceeded those with their professionalism, ease of ordering, quality of product, expertise, knowledge of floral design and prompt delivery. I now have a go to for any deliveries we send to our family that live in this area. I highly recommend Kirk’s for your floral needs!

My husband sent me flowers, and they were half way dead. When he called and asked if they could replace them- which they did, thankfully because flowers aren't cheap!- They sent a smaller, differently colored arrangement. The delivery guy also asked " are these satisfactory enough for you?" and asked for the other flowers back. My manager who was also here at the time, also thought it was poor customer service. Would rather have supermarket flowers and wont be ordering again.
