I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, but they aren’t open on Sundays so I had them delivered on Saturday. They have a section for notes for the delivery driver. I left a note to contact the number on the order before delivery. I live with my mother and did not want her to answer the door, so I could hide the flowers until Mother’s Day. They did not follow the instructions and the surprise was ruined. If I’m paying $15 for delivery and a $10 service fee on top of $150 for flowers, I would like to hear something other than “our delivery driver probably didn’t read it” from the front desk. Not only did they give a half-assed apology, they did not care. I guess it was my mistake to order from a place that has terrible reviews.

I ordered flowers for my best friend for her birthday and everything went smooth until day of delivery . I will admit it was my fault for delivery . So I accidentally gave them her neighbors address and they were delivered and left there . And I got a phone call saying they were delivered but it was the wrong house ( wrong person when door was knocked on ) . So they left the flowers out front and called my friend to let her know ,And called her 4 times . So I tried to call the store for an hour straight off and on with no luck getting through... Finally I got a call from my friend that she got them ( after she listened finally listened to her voicemail ) . When I got a pic of the flowers they looked nothing like the photo from what I ordered . They were wilting and it looked messy and thrown together without care . When I called to complain I got sent to the owner . When I Asked to see if I could arrange to get a refund or another sent . She told me she didn't understand the problem and that i got all the flowers in the arrangement and that the problem was just the angle of picture. And that the reason for them drooping was from them being cut , and being left outside for an hour .... This wasn't worth the $50 spent .

I ordered special flowers for my fiance for Valentine's day, an arrangement which I thought looked really cool, but not only did they arrive at the end of the day, but they were the complete wrong arrangement. Not even close to what I ordered. And I paid for the middle grade, and what I received looks like the base version. They're still nice, but I didn't want them and I have no time to return them. Wouldn't go here ever again

Mothers Day is for Flowers I ordered flowers for my mother on April 23,2014. Nineteen days before Mothers day. I asked to have the flowers delivered on Wednesday the 7th. To avoid the chaos. They took my credit card number and charged my card right then. I called on the morning of the seventh to confirm. Yes, they were ready waiting for delivery. I called my mother on Saturday to see if she had received the flowers. No she told me the driver called her and left a message she had flowers and did not leave a name or number????? I called the store and spoke to Judy who would look into it, the owner Ms Chang was busy. Judy called back could not find my info. Said she would credit my card back took the number still waiting for the credit. I have been calling and calling. Today I finally reach Ms Change on May 28,2014. I had even sent an email she never responded to. Yes, she received my email she said she was to busy to respond to me. She said she would give me a credit. She hung up on me before that could happen. I called the credit card company. Thank you Judy.
