Really disappointed with my order. The pic of the left is what I thought I was ordering and on the right is what we got. $90 later and not even a dang ribbon or even kind of like the picture. I did email with my disappointment but no response.
Lovely flowers and very professional. I was recovering from an injury and my parents surprised me with a bouquet from Crystal's. The arrangement was very pretty, and the store even called to make sure that someone was here to sign for it. Very pleased and the flowers brighten up the room.

I accidentally found this shop and have been completely blown away with her services and commitment to doing anything you are looking for. I was looking for a casket spray and still emotional from the loss of my brother. She showed so much compassion for my situation, I explained what I was looking for. The arrangements that she had were awesome. In spite of my grief, I was so happy at the funeral. 12 days later I ordered my bridal bouquet from her and again awesome. She was able to add some of my Brother's greenery to my bouquet, which made me feel like he was with me 🥰 I highly recommend going to Crystal, she's an amazing woman and has a repeat customer for life
If I could give 0 stars I would. This business is available for delivery on Uber Eats and I placed an order for delivery for my friend’s birthday. I don’t live in the state, so it was shocking to get a call from the delivery driver that the store was closed despite the store hours on the door and the website showing the opposite. I called the number on the website to seek understanding on if they were open or not or if my order was ever even received. I was met with extreme rudeness upon explaining the reason for the call simply because “she’s not available on Uber eats” and “was not open.” The immediate hostility was so bad I had to remind her I was speaking to her with kindness and respect and that I do expect the same in return. I send flowers to my friend every year on her birthday and I will never do business here again due the lack of customer service, blatant impoliteness, and dishonest nature of the business.
