I recently had a door dash order cancelled that I sent in two weeks ago the day before Valentine’s Day. I called the store and turned out the order never went through. When I called the store I had the pleasure of talking to Guy and he was able to somehow resolve the issue DoorDash 100% caused and was able to send the flowers within 3 hours across state lines when there was no other store able to fulfill the order the day before Valentine’s Day. On top of that, Guy left us a heartfelt note apologizing (even though it was not their fault) which was just over the top in the best way after thinking we weren’t going to be able to get anything the day before Valentine’s Day.
Received a bouquet as a gift. Called because I am very disappointed with what I received. I spoke with "Debbie" she was not helpful and rude. She actually hung up on me! Made a lot of excuses about why it doesn't look like anything on their website. She said the fine print says they can replace flowers with anything if not available. Said that they were purchased through FTD...they have NO record of it. The flowers received would have been less than 20 at a supermarket. They could have purchased a nicer vase at the dollar store. I would NOT recommend this florist!
I just had amazing experience here. Needed to buy a last minute bouquet (not enough time for online ordering) on Sunday morning. Not only this store was the only one open on Sunday, they had an enormous choice of fresh flowers to choose from and made me a bespoke flower arrangement in the color scheme that I wanted at a great price.
I had a wonderful experience with flowers on fourteenth! The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. The flowers were delivered that day, and looked gorgeous! The price was also incredibly reasonable for the bouquet that was received. It was so nice, my mom ordered another one. The photo is of both bouquets. If you are looking for a local dc flower delivery, I highly recommend them!
Great experience with ordering from local florist. Better-than-average pricing and the bouquet was beautiful. When researching, I saw some 1-star reviews which showed the actual flowers looking less impressive than the photos; but for me, I felt like the real flowers was just as good if not better than the photos.
