I received a different floral arrangement to replace orchid arrangement. (See below details for first experience) The new arrangement is lovely and has remained beautiful for four days now. Florist seems dedicated to providing quality arrangements and offered replacement of the one that wasn't. I have updated my review to 3 stars as an average of both arrangements. Max was very helpful and friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. Original post: Received as gift in sympathy of my mother from a long distance friend. While the arrangement looked pretty upon arrival on Tuesday evening, the orchid blooms AND buds fell off the stems by Wednesday afternoon. I placed the blooms in a shallow bowl in hopes of salvaging them for a while. I looked up the price of this arrangement ($65 + Delivery charge) and don't feel the quality nor price is fair. I will let my friend know that her money wasn't well spent. ***UPDATE - I contacted florist after their reply on Review and spoke with Max. He was friendly and wanted to ensure the sender got the value of their gift. I was offered next day delivery of different arrangement or waiting until Monday for same orchid arrangement. I will update my review after receiving new arrangement.

I was very pleased with my floral arrangement. I was able to order it first thing this morning and by the same afternoon they called to confirm the address. The flowers were for a family member who just a new baby. I would definitely order again!
