Sarah is amazing! She did beautiful bouquets and boutonnières for my wedding this last weekend and I couldn’t be happier with her work. All she had to go on was my vision and color scheme, yet what she created was so uniquely and perfectly beautiful and beyond what I had even envisioned. She had a death in the family right before my wedding but still made sure I got my flowers delivered on time, which proves how committed she is to her craft. Big Pine Flower Shop did an AMAZING job for my wedding at Casa Marina in Key West! The flowers were beautiful and were exactly what I wanted. I could not have hired a better florist!
We ordered a $120 tropical bouquet for a friend who lost her dog—specifically requesting orchids and palm leaves. What was delivered, however, was a much smaller arrangement made up of carnations and roses—completely different from what we selected. When we called the shop for clarification, Sarah admitted she knowingly changed the bouquet because the orchids she had "weren’t going to last." While we understand that flower availability can vary, we were never contacted about the substitution. What made this more frustrating is that a few friends of ours sent a beautiful tropical bouquet with palm leaves from this shop to the exact same address on the same day, for around the same/less than what we paid. We’re very disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency, especially considering the cost and the occasion. A quick phone call or even a heads-up would have gone a long way.

Sarah and her team exceeded my expectations! When I originally reached out to her, I had a different vision for what I wanted my florals to look like for my wedding. She was able to pivot with me once we got closer and my vision and theme narrowed down and she knocked it out of the park! Everyone was commenting on my bouquet and the gorgeous half moon display around our ceremony stage. I still can’t get over how gorgeous everything turned out. Would recommend again and again!!
