The first red flag was that the flowers did not reach the recipient until 6pm! However, the disappointment really hit when the recipient sends me a photo of the mediocre bouquet that was delivered. I could have gotten her something more presentable from the grocery store. The flowers were drooping towards the floor and looked nothing like the photo I had chosen. I literally had to apologize to the recipient for how terrible it was. It’s like the flower shop thought I’d never know. The Flower Spot apologized to us and issued a refund. But because they ruined a special occasion, I thought they deserved some public feedback.

The staff were very helpful over the phone and helped me to customize the bouquet for my next-day delivery. It arrived early and Mom absolutely loves it! Thank you!

If I could give this florist 10 stars, I definitely would! Sandy was amazing from our 1st communication a month before our beach wedding all the way up until our wedding day! Our flowers were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! I even contacted Sandy 2 days before our wedding asking for more flowers in vases for our reception tables. She said that was no problem at all & came through with flying colors! Sandy did a WONDERFUL job w/the bouquets, boutonnieres & vases. My husband & I thank you a million times for making our wedding day so special with your awesome flowers.

My sister and her bf sent my husband and I flowers for our wedding anniversary. The arrangement is beautiful and is still fully blooming after a few days. The gentleman that delivered the flowers was such a sweetheart. Thank you for making our day extra special!

Order purchased by my employer to show support due to the passing of my mother-in-law. The order got delivered around 4pm Tuesday and flowers were already dying, petals falling off and the arrangement appeared to have been dropped or knocked over during delivery. I called Wednesday morning and shared my experience and the woman answering stated that the order was not costly enough to warrant sending her driver back out with something to replace it. I could drive there and pick something else up. I explained this wasn’t acceptable and she said she could give me a credit for something in the future. Still unacceptable. Very rudely she stated these were the only two options she was going to provide. My employer paid for a product and a service that this company failed to provide. They should be embarrassed they sent this arrangement out to anyone, let alone expect me to drive to them and pick up a replacement! They provided horrible product and it should have never went out the door. It should have gone in the trash. Would not recommend! A negative rating is more accurate and suitable.
