We live in MD and wanted to support a local florist. We could not be happier with Petal Patch! We ordered a bouquet that was not available and had a call within minutes of placing the order. I told them her favorite flowers and they suggested a vase that was perfect. When I received the picture of what they put together I was extremely happy! The customer service is outstanding! My son sent me flowers from the Petal Patch on January 9th of this year. They were absolutely beautiful! When I called him to thank him, he was surprised I had received them so quickly. I've heard from so many different people that this is the BEST place for a beautiful flower arrangement, that when I needed one today I walked in. No matter that they were in the middle of prepping for their busiest weekend of the year (11/11/23) for 3 weddings, the owner happily greeted me & stopped what she was doing to make me a gorgeous custom arrangement with the colors I requested at a very reasonable price. She said she loved walk-ins! If she was stressed, she didn't show it even when a bride & her bridesmaids showed up early for their flowers, which were ready & also gorgeous! I highly recommend this florist & will be back. Makes the bouquet I bought at Publix on a whim pale by comparison. I like & appreciate a pretty flower arrangement since I have no talent doing it myself. Go & support this local business!
My husband surprised me on an Anniversary getaway with flowers, but they were so much more than just flowers.
