I placed my order online yesterday for next day pick up. I was running late and called to let them know, when I arrived Natasha was nice and provided great customer service. The location was clean. The fruit arrangement was exactly what I expected and ordered and fruits were fresh, it was nicely packaged ready for transport.
I had such an incredible experience with Beth at Edible Arrangements! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the kindest smile and such a positive, uplifting attitude. Not only was she hard-working and efficient, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of promptly and perfectly. I’ve been recommended to Edible Arrangements a few times before, but this was my very first time actually coming in—and I can honestly say Beth made it unforgettable. She turned what could have been a simple errand into such a pleasant, easy experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and drive truly stood out, and she made me feel valued as a customer. Beth absolutely blew me away with her dedication and energy. She’s the kind of employee who not only represents Edible Arrangements well but also makes customers want to keep coming back. My husband surprised me just now with a large delicious fruit design basket. He paid over $100 dollar and it's so small. Please don't waste your money! UPDATE.. The manager contacted me immediately after I posted my review and apologized for me not being satisfied and sent me another arrangement! The customer service was excellent and the second basket was much better! I really appreciated them reaching out to me as quickly and resolving my issue!
