UPDATE: The owner of the shop contacted me and apologized for the incident. She offered to deliver a new arrangement based on the online description. However, I asked for a partial credit (to be charged for a deluxe instead of a premium), which she did as well as deduct the delivery fee. Even though the arrangement that was delivered was not what I expected, it was done beautifully and with well-quality flowers. ---------- Overall, I’m disappointed with my order. Online, I ordered an arrangement (premium) that states it includes a dozen roses and a dozen sunflowers. However, the arrangement that was delivered did not look like the image online. Instead, it included other flowers and colors that were not in the description. I spoke with the shop and they simply stated that the online description needed to be updated. She then sent a photo of the arrangement that was delivered (to prove what was delivered was what I ordered). I realize arrangements will never be identical and often a store may take some liberty depending on supplies, etc. But I feel what I as delivered was not what I ordered - especially considering the cost of the premium version that I requested (compared to the size of the arrangement delivered). The delivery was prompt, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. The store did offer a partial refund, but I declined. I only wanted what I ordered.
