Recently I had a surprised passing of a family member. Everything was on a last minute basis and I need to get an arraignment that fitted the situation. I personally do not know what flowers go for what situation. I looked on google for a place near me with reviews that met my liking. I know reviews are not the end all be all, but Wow! The flowers were affordable. The flowers absolutely amazing. But really what made me appreciate choosing them was the CARE in my situation. Made feel so much better. The owner Sherry was top not amazing. #flowersfromtherainforesttopnotch!
Arrangement was nice, and the price was less than many other florists in the area. Their reviews are very favorable and I decided to try them for the first time. The one complaint I have but its a pretty important one is that they charged $15 for delivery, which is steep for being nearby but the worst part is that flowers arrived around 3PM. I called 3 times between 11-2PM for a delivery time estimate, each time they said the flowers are in the truck the guy's should be there any moment. It sucks that the person receiving them either has to loose the whole day waiting for the delivery, or miss getting the surprise arrangement. Many places I've dealt with before have multiple drivers and send them out very early in the day as to not hinder on the customers daily activities, I mean if your ordering flowers to be delivered then it's probably a special day, last thing you want to do is be stuck at home waiting for it.
Sherri and the staff at Flowers from the Rain Forest are the Best. I sent flowers to my Mom for her 75th Birthday back in February. They went over the top. My Mom was raving about the gorgeous bouquet for weeks. Not only was it beautiful but it lasted for nearly two weeks. I gave them a budget to work with and they did the rest. It was delivered on time and I received a call from them to let me know they had been delivered. I just called back to send flowers to my grandmother for her 95th Bday. I know they will be beautiful. They had all my info on file and it was so easy to place the order. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
I placed an order for an arrangement to give to my mom early for Mother's Day, Sherry was upfront to let me know they may not have those particular flowers for the "One Fine Day" arrangement I found. I told her that was fine and just as long as it was bright and colorful. BOY was I surprised when I went to pick up the flowers. They were absolutely gorgeous and mom loved it. Customer service was great. Arrangement great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
Flowers look nothing like in the website and and actually looks like it has been in the sun all day I’m beyond disappointed
