Friendly Florist

I do NOT recommend this florist. I ordered a beautiful white roses/purple arrangement in a white basket for a sympathy arrangement for my cousin. What she received looked nothing at all like what I picked out and looks like the amount of white roses was decreased. I even asked for a phone call if substitutions needed to be made. She indicated there was 1 flower they didnt have. I instructed her I wanted them to just substitute that flower but to keep the arrangement white/purple. The basket they used also looked so cheap compared to the one in the picture. The arrangement they delivered looked nothing at all like the picture. Very very upsetting and disappointing!!!

All around terrible. The flowers that arrived were nothing like the photo and I paid extra for the deluxe bouquet. A $10 Walmart bouquet would’ve been just as good. Instead I paid this place $90. I called and the manager said “can’t do nothing about it today” and that she will call me tomorrow even though they don’t close for another hour.

I wish I could give zero stars to this business. I ordered a $100 flower bouquet for a special occasion, and it was an absolute disaster. The bouquet was incredibly disappointing—barely put together, with flowers that were far from fresh. To top it off, they even misspelled the message on the handwritten card. What I got was a sad bunch of three almost-dead roses, three carnations, and four lilies, along with a few chrysanthemums. For $100! The first picture shows what I ordered, versus the second picture that shows what I actually received. I ended up going to Publix, where I got an arrangement that was more than twice the size for just $60. The side-by-side comparison in the photo shows the sorry excuse of a bouquet from Friendly Florist on the left, and the beautiful arrangement from Publix on the right. This place is a complete joke and should be embarrassed to sell such poor-quality flowers at such a ridiculous price. Avoid at all costs.

From my first call to the final confirmation, the entire process was seamless. Even though I couldn't be there in person, they made me feel completely taken care of. They were incredibly communicative, offering updates and even photos to ensure I was happy with the final product before it was delivered. The customer service was truly above and beyond—friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure the sentiment of the floral gift was conveyed perfectly. They truly deliver not just flowers, but peace of mind, which is exactly what a long-distance customer needs when sending a gift to someone they cherish. ​The arrangement itself was stunning—fresh, vibrant, and exactly what I had envisioned for this special occasion. Most importantly for me, their reliable delivery service is extensive and handled everything flawlessly, covering the areas they service: Crestview, Laurel Hill, Baker, and Holt. The fact that I could trust a friendly, local expert to beautifully honor my special person, even from hundreds of miles away, makes them an invaluable service. If you need a reliable, high-quality, and genuinely friendly florist with broad local delivery capability, I highly recommend Friendly Florist.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve recently placed an order for my grandma to give her flowers for her birthday. I understand that substitutions can be made when shopping for a floral arrangement and they try to make it look as similar as possible and that’s exactly what I was told on the phone. However, I know that carnations in the replacements used Are not similar in value to the flowers that were replaced from the Image. Additionally, the arrangement just looks nothing like the picture and it’s definitely not worth the money that I paid, Which I was then told was for the labor, And that the flowers pictured in the image online, I was not going to get them for the price that I paid. It does not look like much labor went into these flowers. I’m extremely disappointed and When I contacted them instead of refunding me, they wanted to pick the flowers up and redo them, which is inconvenient to the customer and the buyer. And seems like a lot more labor than had They completed it correctly, the first time and defeats the purpose. I also was made aware I paid for delivery when they were actually picked up. When trying to talk to them on the phone, I was being spoke down to which I then returned with using foul language due to frustration of not receiving Quality flowers And due to them making it seem like I got what I paid for. They proceeded to hang up on me three times when I called back, continuing to get me more upset instead of trying to solve the problem through quality customer service. They said that they wouldn’t tolerate my mouth because they are Christian And that they were going to call my grandma and let her know what type of mouth that I have, and proceeded to talk poorly about my parents. Very Christian like! If you were truly a Christian, you would care about the quality of the work that you give towards paying people and not rip them off. They do the devils work here.
