Wow! Whoever the designer in the back was, is amazing! Melissa assisted me with finding the right arrangement. They were surprisingly much quicker than I had anticipated. Looking forward to shopping here again soon.
Disappointing Experience - Overpriced and Low-Quality Flowers I recently received a bouquet from Believe Flowers, ordered through a third party Blossom Flower Delivery, and was thoroughly disappointed. Despite paying a hefty $155, the roses looked like they had been through a lot - wilted, brown-edged, and lacking any freshness. Needless to say, I was expecting much more from a reputable flower shop like Believe Flowers. The name "Believe" ironically becomes a cautionary tale - don't believe the hype! Unless they improve their quality and value, I would advise against using their services. In addition, when we called customer service to report the issue, they offered a lackluster solution. They refused to replace the bouquet or provide a refund, instead offering a 30% discount on a new order. This means we would have to pay for another bouquet to get a decent one! Unacceptable. Unless Believe Flowers revises their customer service approach and prioritizes quality, we be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointing experience all around.
I requested a corsage for my daughter's prom. I sent her a picture of the dress and they took it from there. It was nothing short of amazing. It was elegant and beautiful. Thank you, Believe Flowers, for a wonderful experience.

I feel completely scammed by this business. I placed an online order with Believe Flowers for a delivery on November 18, 2025. The total was about $130, and it was supposed to be an important gift. The flowers were NEVER delivered. Nobody contacted me, there was no update, no apology, nothing. The phone number does not work, my messages were ignored, and the confirmation message they had posted about my order was later deleted. I tried to reach them multiple times and got absolutely no real response. I still have not received any refund for this undelivered order. So right now I have lost both my money and the special moment this gift was meant for. This entire experience left me angry and shocked. In my opinion, this is not how an honest business behaves. I strongly warn others to be very careful before ordering from Believe Flowers. I am disputing the charge with my bank/Google Pay and sharing my experience everywhere I can so that other people don’t go through the same situation.
