I'd give zero stars if I could just for the fact of what the woman said to me not very good customer service!! The arrangement wasn't even close to looking like what was supposed to be delivered to me according to the photo picked "shes got style shes got grace." When commenting on how definitely not what was picked and paid for. "Huh, I only got $50.00, that's what happens when you order through a third party" I guess she made that sarcastic remark due to the fact the person who ordered bouquet ordered through Avas flowers which I guess is third party she's speaking of. ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW that's what you say to your customers speaking about not making a profit. YOU contracted through that company noone told you to you made that decision! Customer Service 101 read it!! Word of mouth goes a long way! I could have gone to Winn Dixie and got myself a bunch more flowers and made my own bouquet and would have had a bouquet WORTH what was paid. The person that sent flowers to me was very disappointed as I sent a photo so they could see what they paid for.
The staff and owner is very polite. The flowers are always perfect and the arrangements are very beautiful. The store is very clean and well lit. The store smells amazing and is well stocked. The delivery service is nice. Christmas time is amazing there. I'm thankful there are still nice mom and pop stores to conduct business.
I got their number from recommendation of another shop that couldn't fulfill my order in Dunnellon. Not only did they make my Mom's day in a short order, they did it at the fair price. Most importantly, this arrangement is BEAUTIFUL! The creator I spoke with on the phone said she'd make it pretty and she surpassed my expectations. Thank you again!
Absolutely the worst floral arrangement I’ve ever received. Dead greenery, fern leaves cut way to small, plastic florals added to real. I recommend you use a different florist. This arrangement cost $78
