I received a beautiful original arrangement from Petal and Passion late last week. At the time, I thought The flowers looked a bit dry despite the vase being filled nearly to the top. By the next morning, I had to throw one of the stems away as it had completely drooped and dried up. Several others were looking well past their Prime, despite it having been less than 24 hours since I received the arrangement. Each day the situation has worsened. I’m on the only 3.5 days today and nearly every flower has dried up and sadly drooped. I’ve written, called, chatted, and texted for three days and received no response. Any company can Provide a less than perfect experience, but failure to provide good Customer service is inexcusable. Don’t take a chance with This One.
