I ordered an arrangement on Thursday for Saturday delivery. I called while driving, didn't have the address to the funeral home only the name, The woman that answered the phone was so patient and helpful!! She told me she'd Google the funeral home info and to just drive carefully. It's important that customer service is not only polite but in times of bereavement it takes patience as well! She has it!! I hate that I didn't get her name.... It was around 130pm on a Thursday. I also spoke with a guy earlier in the week who very helpful in helping me make a decision on live plants vs an arrangement. I'll be back!
I would highly recommend the Pink Pussycat Flower Shop. Jackie and Tony did a beautiful job on my daughters wedding. The flowers for the tables and all the bouquets were beautiful and so pretty. We felt like Jackie and Tony put their all into the design and making of the flowers, Their prices were far more reasonable than other shops we met with, I would definitely use them again.
Been using them for years! Professional and talented they will custom design arrangements with cute gifts from the gift shop. Always fresh and beautiful arrangements. I still have all the vases from my arrangements in my home. Christmas is amazing!
Jackie did the flowers for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with how they came out.
