Publix Super Market at Lauderdale Beach

On vacation to Fort Lauderdale over thanksgiving. I pre-ordered a Thanksgiving feast from the deli and it turned out wonderful. The employees made puck up so easy. And they were all very friendly.

Just opened on June 19th. It’s a smaller Publix but well stocked and organized with very helpful employees. Tons of parking on the roof deck. So happy that it’s finally open. A great addition to the neighborhood.

I was so excited for this Publix to open since I work right next to it, but the few times I've been here has been a disappointment. The new layout of this store is inconvenient. They tuck the bakery all the way to the back corner of the store, unlike the regular stores it is easily accessible when you walk in. I came here yesterday after work to pick up a rotisserie chicken, the chicken was stuck to the hot shelf by unsanitary burnt up residue. The music is blasting so loud when you walk in, you cant even hear yourself talk. The parking lot upstairs was not well thought out, because there is no coverage on the 2nd floor. Being a native Floridian I know how important it is to have cover, especially with the unpredictable weather. I got soaked walking into the store due to lack of coverage in the parking lot. The only spots in the lot that are covered are the handicapped ones. Instead they have this 'decorative' slotted awning structure that offers zero protection to the rain and sun. I was really hopeful for this new location but I will not be back.

I am so happy that Publix just open next to me. Very nice place. They have free Parking place. Insight is amazing as usual very friendly people. Everyone is helping like the other Publix so far I love it.

The brand-new Publix on A1A is easily one of the cleanest and most well-organized grocery stores I’ve ever visited, and it’s already become my go-to stop for everyday shopping. From the moment you walk in, the bright, fresh look of the store makes a great impression. The floors sparkle, the aisles are wide and neatly stocked, and the layout is intuitive, making it easy to find everything without backtracking or confusion. What really sets this location apart is the staff. Every single employee I encountered was not only professional but genuinely friendly. Whether it was the deli counter, the bakery, or checkout, people went out of their way to smile, offer assistance, and ensure I had what I needed. It’s refreshing to see such consistent customer service, especially in a brand-new store where everyone seems excited to welcome the community. The produce section looked flawless, with fruits and vegetables that were fresh, colorful, and well-presented. The bakery smelled amazing and had a tempting selection, while the prepared foods section looked like a great option for quick, high-quality meals. Even checkout was quick and smooth, with attentive cashiers who actually engaged in conversation rather than rushing. Overall, this Publix feels like a perfect addition to A1A—clean, inviting, and staffed by people who truly care.
