Publix Super Market at Sunrise Boulevard

The location is great, easy to get in and out of their parking lot. There's only been a few times I couldn't find something I needed. The clerks are great, they always go above and beyond.

I went here on June 24 2025 , I do not live in this area , I just happened to stop by this location and picked up a few items for a friend. I want to sing my gratitude and appreciation for Bryan in the deli specifically because he was the kindest employee I've met in a long time. I am a avid Publix shopper and his customer service was excellent. He truly made shopping a pleasure for me that day. He made my sandwich with pride, he communicated well with me, he followed all sanitation procedures, he white glove serviced me with knowledge about the menu, pricing and selections available. He displayed confidence in his work , maintained eye contact and addressed me with the upmost kindness. Bryan made my day as he made dinner (a board head sub) for me. I had to advise a manager, ken about this and I am now writing a review. Thank you Bryan for your generosity and sweetness may God bless you for being wonderful 👍🏾

Amazing location! Clean, Easy to navigate & very helpful staff especially for handicap customers During my visit I was in my wheelchair from a recent car accident & was very excited to see they have scooters charged & ready in The front entrance of the store These FREE Electric scooter are for any ♿ Handicapped customers to use while shopping! It makes shopping so much easier :)

I've had the pleasure of living near this Publix supermarket for quite some time now, and it's become my go-to for quality groceries. While it's true that their prices might be slightly higher compared to other supermarkets in the area, the superior quality of their fresh meats and vegetables justifies the extra pennies. What truly stands out is the cleanliness of the store. Each visit, I'm greeted by spotless aisles and a well-organized layout. It's evident that they take great pride in maintaining their store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for every customer. Additionally, the staff deserves a shoutout. They are consistently friendly, always willing to help, and seem genuinely happy to assist. It adds a personal touch to the entire shopping experience, making you feel valued and appreciated. The store hours are also quite convenient. They open early and close late, catering to both the early birds and the night owls. And if you ever find yourself in a rush around lunchtime, their deli offers freshly made sandwiches that are absolutely delightful. Trust me, you won't regret grabbing one!

I had a very negative experience at this location. Staff at the front desk were extremely rude overall and no customer service. Even one of them was management (females) treated me disgustingly let's just say. I just needed assistance returning a item I purchased without my receipt. I'm a loyal customer and honestly have never been questioned the way I was, eluding to the fact I may have stolen the item? Just not that serious, it was less than $20. Didn't ask to take my Driver's license which Publix has NEVER in my experience gave me any issue returning a item without my receipt. I exchanged it or they give you store credit. No biggie. Well that wasn't my experience at this Sunrise location. I hate complaining too, I'm not one of those type of people but what's right is right and the customer service was bad enough that I took the time to write this review honestly. That's rare that I give a bad review but I'm being honest, the only way to be when doing a review. Hopefully in the future when it happens to others they let the appropriate people know so something can be done. I usually always have pretty good dealings with Publix anywhere I go.
