Received flowers for my birthday. Arrangement was lovely but 1/2 the flowers were wilted within 24 hours. Called the florist and never received a return call. Find another place to shop. Flowers were obviously old.
I stopped in to pick up some flowers for my wife on the way home. As soon as I parked and was entering the building, a lady walked up to the door on her phone and blocked off the doorway. She asked if she could help me. I asked if they sell flowers. She told me no and acted like she did not want me to enter the store. So I said thank you. Turned around and left. Real weird vibe. Real sketchy. She even said she knows it says florist but no flowers. Not sure what's going on there
Had flowers delivered on Tuesday. After two days they started dying. 4 days after buying they have all totally wilted. Called them about it and they hung up on me instantly and won’t call back.
Worst arrangement ever. Don’t bother with this place. Arrangement looked nothing like picture. Very rude customer service. They tied an I LOVE YOU ribbon around the vase for a Birthday arrangement. The first picture is what should have been sent.
Absolutely Disappointed – Will Never Order Again I had a terrible experience with Ava Flower. They completely messed up my flower delivery – it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. The arrangement was fulfilled by Port Royal Flowers, and it looked nothing like the photos. I’m attaching a picture of what I was supposed to get and what I actually received—it’s honestly shocking. Not only did I receive a cheap-looking, thrown-together arrangement, but it’s only been three days and most of the roses already look wilted and are on the verge of dying. The bouquet was also supposed to include red carnations—which were completely missing. I reached out to customer service, trying to give them a chance to fix it. A rep called me, took down my information, and asked what happened. I explained everything and told him I had photos to prove how bad it was. He promised to follow up, but of course, I’ve heard nothing since. This whole experience has been a complete joke. The quality was horrible, the flowers were already dying, and their customer service is just as bad. I gave them a chance to make it right, and they didn’t bother. I will never order from Ava Flower again, and I strongly suggest others save themselves the trouble and stay away.
