I don’t think I can ever shop again at this store. Flowers were hours delayed. The tracking was not updating the status of the delivery and I understand it was Valentine’s Day. But if costumers write you in the chat or calls you. You don’t put them on hold for 5-10 min multiple times or hang up the phone on me. I honestly thought I got scammed until my girlfriend texted me that she’s received her flowers. She loved the box and the flowers. The problem is that did not arrive at the fourth day that they were completely dried out already. Pretty bad for a $150 dollars gift.
