My husband went to this flower shop requesting a flower arrangement for our anniversary. He requested 22 white roses for every year he’s known me. What they gave him was a beautiful arrangement better suited for a funeral service. The floral wet foam wasn’t properly hydrated. And they charged over $100. Although the owner was nice, when my husband expressed concern that the arrangement looked like funeral decor, they did not offer to remake it. To say this was a disappointment is an understatement.
This place has the most amazing customer service. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant and for having the best prices! I picked up two bouquets of flowers. One for my friend who passed away and one for home. Strongly recommend!
What an amazing place to buy flowers! The staff are so nice and the arrangements are beautiful. They have a preset amount of arrangements you can walk in and buy, or you can show them pictures and they will make it for you. I love them, the prices are great compared to other places including online. I am very satisfied with their service and will defiantly be coming back for all my flower needs.
I needed an arrangement for a funeral and stopped in to Gladys and Miguel flowers. Despite the fact they were closing soon; Caesar greeted me with a smile and exhibited outstanding customer service. There was nothing pre-made in my price range so Caesar offered to have the florist quickly customize something to my satisfaction based on the selection of flowers on hand. It turned out lovely and while I was there, I picked up a beautiful bunch of vibrant carnations for my home.
I ordered flowers to be delivered next day and the ordering process, customer service and product far exceeded my expectations! Cesar was amazing! He took my ideas and turned them into something absolutely beautiful! I will definitely be using them again!
