So happy with this floral shop! they have such nice bouquets ready to go in the cooler with a black and gold fancy wrapping or you can costumize your own colors you would like. Needed 2 bouquet arrangments and this is a one stop shop. She prepared them fairly quickly … got the two bouquets with a Happy birthday ballon on each… nice quality flowers.. flowers lasted a week and the bday girls were so happy they send me pictures telling me where did I get these flowers! I called at 6:30 pm to buy 4 dozen white roses. She said yes come by I’m about to close. I said I would definitely go now but to please wait because eta said I would arrive 7:25 and wanted to make sure she would wait and not leave since I was driving from One hour away. She said no problem. The person I sent arrived no one was there. She kept calling the lady. She finally picked up and said she had already left five minutes ago. She asked her, can you turn around since you are five minutes away and she flat out said no! How can somebody say they are going to wait for you you drive an hour And can’t turn around being your only five minutes away. Not reliable, horrible customer service!!!
First off let me start off by saying that I have been going here to get flowers for a while now since they opened and never had a problem. Until this Mother’s Day I bought a bouquet of flowers for my wife that is a mother-to-be, the flowers looked beautiful when I bought them for $185 but after two days the flowers started dying. The flowers that I have bought here before started dying after 2 weeks or more. So I was very surprised to say the least. My wife called the store and the owner picked up and talked to her. My wife asked if anything can be done like an exchange or money back. The owner did not want to help at all and was rude with my wife. As an owner of a company if you have an unhappy customer you would think to do anything to satisfy them. This company has lost a long time customer and I will not be recommending this florist to any of my friends or family anymore.
Passed by to ask getting one corsage arrangement and flatly got a NO because Mother’s Day is coming up. What kind of answer is that?
