The arrangement I received for my birthday was gorgeous—it arrived at my workplace in great condition. I checked that the floral foam was damp and followed the care instructions, but by the next day, the hydrangeas and a couple of the ranunculus stems were already struggling. By day three, I removed the hydrangeas, recut them, and placed them in fresh water, but the spray roses still hadn’t opened, and the other roses began to droop. When I tried to salvage what flowers I could, the garden roses (bright pink flowers) fell apart when handled, and I found mold on them. The wax flowers shed heavily, and even after separating, recutting, and placing the white and cream roses in fresh water with floral food, they did not open—they continued to droop and wilt. I’m not sure how long the arrangement was expected to last, but 2–4 days felt surprisingly short, especially for an arrangement of that caliber. I did not expect to have to do so much maintenance so quickly. This doesn’t seem to match the typical experience based on other reviews; I’m hoping this was an unusual situation. The artistry and presentation were truly impressive, but I was disappointed by the longevity of the flowers.

The first time I came, she was so sweet, professional, and courteous. She guided me in putting together the perfect flowers for someone special. She truly turns your visit into a personalized experience. I love it.
