Publix Super Market at Hollywood Mall

Just have to give credit where credit is due. We always have such a great experience at this location and that’s mainly due to the employees here, one in particular is Gary! He is usually at self checkout and always keeping busy. Quick to help with finding an item when someone needs assistance or putting the carry baskets up, always smiling and making friendly conversation in a way that doesn’t slow down the line. This is what makes shopping a pleasure at Publix!

I love this Publix they had little sauerkraut And cranberry sauce ... Mine only has the larger cans and unless you eat it the following day, it doesn't taste right? I may have to drive to that Publix maybe once a month. I loved it. Plus I got some popcorn & a diet Pepsi for the ride home

About eight months ago, I posted a bad review for this store. Due to the ongoing issues with the decorators in the bakery. But I would like to take all my words back. I have to say I see a huge improvement in the Customer Service in the bakery. The ladies are friendly and nice And they seem very genuine. So I would like to thank the management team and the Bakery staff for listening to my concern and really doing something about it. Great job !!! As a customer at this Publix for over 20 years. It is nice to know that my voice matters. Again great great job to all of you. I can see the improvement 100% better !! keep up the good work and the great Service.

I placed an online order for a salad with extra Spicy Mustard, Buttermilk Ranch, and Hot Honey Sauce and didn’t receive any condiments at all. They literally included everything I wanted in my salad except for my condiments, now I’m stuck at work eating a dry salad. If you’re going to place an order on their website for pickup, open your food and make sure everything is there!

It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. I especially love stopping by to pick up ice cream. Publix’s store-brand ice cream is one of my favorites—it’s creamy, flavorful, and a great value. I’ve been buying it for years, and it’s always a treat. Overall, this Publix is a reliable, welcoming place to shop. Whether you’re looking for groceries, baked goods, or a sweet treat, you’ll find it here with great service to match.
