So the cake I had just bought for my daughter's first birthday fell apart on the way home and the bakery manager made it right and remade my daughter a new one also they have a employee from another store named Julian who is absolutely awesome the managers I absolutely awesome over the bakery and I believe they should definitely both get a raise I'm very grateful for both of them I cried when my daughter's cake got messed up and they helped to make the day better
The supermarket itself is fine, whatever, it's a Publix, we know where we're getting. But my review is about the beer section and the amount of times I've bought beer from the refrigerators there and it's warm, or simply not cold, if we want to be pedantic. It's been frustrating to bring the beer back to my house and it all froth up because they put it out for the customers in the refrigerators without it being cold. I suggest they keep it in the back fridge for at least 3 hours before putting it on sale. I'm not looking forward to a Jags game with warm beer again. The Jags can disappoint me without the warm beer.
The Mediterranean chicken protein bowl tasted fabulous! The bakery had some nice looking cookies and a bunch of fancy stuff. Our cashier was friendly and complimented my mom's wallet.
I love going to this publix. I was purchasing a cake for my mom's birthday and the gentleman at the pastry section, Jona, was extremely kind and personable with me. He customized the message on the cake based on the interaction I had with him and was very generous with his time. I appreciated his attention and care! She loved the cake!
Great grocery store. I purchased the most meatiest Cabbage Rolls for $10. They were excellent and combined with a salad, I can have them for 3 meals (The “Fresh Express” salads were 2/$7 and will serve 4 meals). For 3 meals this is the equivalent of less than $6 per meal. Excellent!
