Great communication with driver when recipient wasn’t home. Left with a cooling wrap to avoid melting while they returned. Super cute and they Loved them!! Will order from you again. Great job!
Sent one dozen very good strawberries decorated as Halloween monsters, etc. to my three wonderful granddaughters. They were a HUGE hit. (My son-in-law scarfed one for humself.) I live in Ohio, they in Florida, and it arrived the exact date promised. That's a big deal!
Not sure what happened to delivery instructions. Had to pay extra for a Saturday delivery.....no problem....I knew the receiving party was not going to be home on the Friday. So what did you do. ...delivered item on Friday!!! Strawberries sat on the front porch for over 8 hrs in the FL heat!!! Can only imagine what they looked like! Paid almost $100 for a dozen strawberries! Needless to say...we will never be ordering from this company again.
A family member just sent me a fruit basket and it was fresh and delicious. The chocolate covered strawberries, pineapple, and apples were delicious. Our family loved the toppings on the apples. Thank you for brightening our day!
