Each time we use Gardner’s Florist, tthe recipients call to rave about the flowers and their beauty. Customer service is also outstanding and they deliver super fast on short notice. They are easily my go-to florist in Jacksonville.
We needed an arrangement for the services of a very special employee. I am so pleased to confirm that you stand behind EVERY word of your promise to provide a beautiful floral arrangement that was delivered in a timely and professional manner. It can often be the case that ordering from out of state requires that you have to "trust" the vender to deliver what they advertise. Although I was not able to personally attend, everyone felt that your arrangement was the MOST beautiful! I rate Gardner’s Florist five stars for their exceptional service and superior products. We have used them since we moved to JAX 2016. The service has always been over-the-top polite, professional, and friendly. They are absolutely great, and their products and arrangements are always beautiful. Their delivery guy is funny, friendly and he provides professional delivery of beautiful arrangements. Whether its for a birthday, anniversary, sympathy from a passing of a loved one or pet, or just a random Tuesday to say “I love you”, I have ordered arrangements from Gardner’s for all kinds of occasions and they have been very helpful.
The arrangement that was delivered was unique and pretty; my Mom loved them. Unfortunately, it was not the arrangement that I ordered through an online flora vendor. I understand that some substitution is expected when ordering this way, but this wasn't even close. I ordered expedited delivery, and they delivered the order in less than an hour. The first picture is what I ordered, and the second is the arrangement that was delivered.
Gardner's Florist was able to deliver one dozen roses dockside to the port of Jacksonville, Fl. to the NCL ship Gem. I tried the NCL website along with a phone call to NCL and they could not do it.
