I ordered flowers for my mom online on June 22. They were to be delivered June 23. I just got off the phone with the florist. They didn't check their website and the flowers have not been delivered. The lady I spoke with assured me the flowers would be delivered tomorrow. Not a happy customer. My mom spent June 21st in the ER and all day June 22 in the hospital having an emergency procedure done. I live 9 hours from Jacksonville. It would've been nice for my order to have been delivered on time.
Very easy to deal with and the new website makes ordering very easy. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day this week and she loved them. Good low prices even on a holiday. I will use them again.
I called three days in advance for roses and flowers. I asked if I could pay upon pickup. I was told they could do this and asked when and what time I needed them by. I was assured my flowers would be ready. when the time came, the employee said they had hired help for valentine's and they did not make my order. I was told I could sit and wait for them to be made. I declined and walked out, never again will u use this company. The concern for me as a customer was non-existent.
Very Very disappointed in this company. My husband ordered me the Enchanted Cottage flowers. When they sent me the flowers, they looked nothing like what he had ordered. In fact it looked like the flowers were just thrown together in a vase and the flowers and colors weren't even the same. So I contacted them, they were nice over the email telling me they would send another arrangement out and take back the other one. A guy came to deliver the flowers and not only was he rude but once again the flower arrangement didn't look like the picture and looked like it was thrown together also. The driver tried to tell me when you order flowers online they never look like the picture. I was like I have ordered flowers before and they definitely looked like the picture. I wish I could post a pic on here of what the Enchanted Cottage arrangement looks like compared to a pic of mine. Very Disappointed in the management of this company. We will not be using them again nor recommending them.
It was my best friends Birthday and I walked in last minute and told him some of her favorite colors and flowers and in 10 minutes this BEAUTIFUL arrangement is what I had !! Thank you so much and she loved them !!
