Is Publix is very interesting. I'm not sure when it was built but the decor is all the same and it's been that way for at least the 25 years I've been going to this Publix. There's no such thing as a bad public so this would obviously gets five stars. It's just kind of fun to go into the store and see how different it is from other Publix supermarkets
Everyone in here was very helpful except this one Manager by the name Ana... She needs to learn proper customer service skills and pleasant etiquette... I asked for a specific item she didn't even made an attempt to help and I begin to move stuff around instead of helping especially since I was in a rush... She tells me I need to stop messing up stuff so I walked away. As a Instacart shopper she is the first person in any Publix I have shopped at to not help and be so rude. Everyone else managers and friends employees helped and I give them a 5 star but her -10 stars. I would never ask he for help ever again
This is probably one of the older store in the Jacksonville area, but all public area's are well maintained. Staff are as usual for Publix very polite
I really wish I could give negative stars…for the past year I’ve encountered more than enough rude workers..tonight it was Michael at the customer service desk. I handed him my slip and money for my lottery tickets, he asked for my ID no problem gave it to him. He slid it back on the counter then shoved my change and tickets towards me. I asked him can he hand it back to me in my hand because I felt disrespected the man in front of me got smiles and his things handed to him.i get to the car and see he didn’t give me my slip back so I go back in the store and tell him I didn’t get my slip he took it out the trash and handed it to me. The same man that was in front of me was back buying more tickets and guess what he got a smile and tickets handed to him in his hands so I’m not sure if Michael is racist or just like MEN but I’m bi longer dealing with the negative energy at this store
Our wedding party accidentally made a sandwich order for pickup for the wrong day. After a little confusion trying to track down the order Jennifer the manager, understood the predicament we were in when we didn’t have time to wait for the order to be made as originally ordered. She made some great suggestions and got us some food quickly that would suffice! Very grateful for all her help, creative, quick thinking and efficiency. 😊
