This place is what all small businesses should be like. The owner was very friendly and gave me the exact bouquet I was looking for even though I didn't know what I was looking for. 😁. I highly recommend you buy your flowers here.
Very unprofessional and unapologetic when they delivered to the wrong house. They left it at a neighbor's gate, when the customer didn't even have a gate. An elderly woman recovering from surgery shouldn't have to go track down her flowers. They told me to call another florist for future business. My Pleasure to never do business with Twisted Branches Florist again!!
I want to thank Twisted Branches for the beautiful birthday cake flowers that you delivered today to my daughter. You went out of your way to make a good presentation. It even looked better than the picture on the universal flower ordering site that i used to order it. Excellent job! We weren't able to travel to be with her this year due to the "virus" but we were able to face time and enjoy singing to her and watching her blow out the candles on top of her "cake". The flowers looked so happy and the yellow rose in the center reminded us of the yellow rose of Texas which is where we are from. Our daughter is a transplant to Florida. The two side cupcakes were a great addition. Thanks for helping us make her day a little special. It is appreciated.
