A very rude woman answered the phone, like I was bothering her. I inquired about my order not being delivered and she stated that they took more orders than they can deliver. I asked when will it be delivered, she said she doesn't know as they only have one delivery driver. She went on further to say that I'm wasting her time. She said they are focusing on Mother's day delivery . So someone who lost their spouse is not priority? There's the cost for the item, a service fee, a delivery fee, plus I gave a tip. I understand being under pressure but remember customers have choices and it only takes one bad customer service interaction for a business to fail.
Needed a corsage last minute & Royal Bloom definitely came through! Photos don’t do it justice at all. The woman who assisted was a sweet heart & they have wonderful customer service. 10/10 would recommend for all your floral needs,
Great flower shop! We wanted send a get well bouquet to a friend and I found this local florist who did an amazing job! Not only the arrangement was so beautiful, it was bigger than it looks online. The service was fast I got delivery the same day! The lady was very kind and helped me chose the best option for my budget and turn out to be better than expected! I will order from this place in the future.
The lady that took my order was extremely polite over the phone. I bought my wife a bouquet of 24 long stem roses for her birthday. They were delivered to her job at time they said they would be delivered. The roses are extremely beautiful and have lasted a while. My wife was extremely happy with the product. I will be definitely be using them again. Best part is they don’t come delivered in a UPS box. Lol
The best florist I have used in years. I can’t say enough great things about A Royal Bloom. I purchased an arrangement through a national company. A Royal Bloom delivered the bouquet and it was phenomenal. Lorene went above and beyond to make sure the arrangement was perfect and beautiful. The arrangement was so phenomenal. Another local florist sent a tiny, terrible arrangement the other day, but A Royal Bloom and Lorene delivered the best arrangement. We are so impressed. See the pictures below.
