Publix Super Market at Inverrary Falls

Was very busy but still got through lines easily. They had everything we needed, didn't have any problems finding everything. Aisles were clearly labeled and accurate.

was accused of counterfeiting sale signs because they are lazy unprofessional slackers. Not the first time or second or even third time that I brought this exact issue to their attention. They did not like the fact I called them out so came up with a way to shift their ineptitude onto me.my other review is posted under dumbfounder in the off chance corporate Publix might be interested in protecting their reputation.

Giving Thanks for the amazing friendly service as I wrote before in the area for 2months. Leroyee the security always a friendly greeting and smile. All the lady's in the customer service wonderful service smile and the efficiency 5 star plus. Every cashier great with wonderful personality. The store clean. The food in the hot deli excellent for on the go the department is always busy with people waiting for the food to come out every staff member patient and fast efficient with a Beautiful smile. Thank you for the excellent service and Experience !

Moving down here from upstate New York was hard enough as it was for me, especially when it came to grocery shopping. As far as I’m concerned, the weekly shopping cart escapade at your local Wally just was not my vibe! So in discovering what Publix was, it was a great alternative as far as I was concerned. When it comes to satisfaction, there’s only one grocery store in United States of America that has better ratings than Publix. That’s the grocery store that I’m used to and I grew up going to. It begins with a W. With that being said, what I experienced tonight at your local Publix was absolutely uncalled for. Let me give you a recap-I have a pregnant roommate who is about to pop and the one thing that makes her happy and calm her down is green freeze pops! Considering that I live around the corner in Coral Vista, Publix is a three minute drive . I left the apartment at 9:54. I arrived at Publix at 9:58. The gentleman was closing the south side of the stores sliding glass doors. There was a girl by the name of Delaney, who seen me approaching. She locked the doors, looked at me, flipped her ponytail and yelled we’re closed!! My reply was “ but ma’am, there’s people in the store!!. She screamed. I don’t care we’re closed!!! Flipped her ponytail again and batted her lashes and went on about her business, so what did I do? I ran to the other side where they hadn’t closed the sliding glass doors yet and a gentleman by the name of Gerrard politely welcomed me in 😁When the woman who yelled at me and said we’re closed saw me enter the store. She rolled her eyes and ttssked her teeth like she was a child. 👧, I don’t write reviews, but considering that I got treated like that by someone who works for one of the happiest, most loveliest places in America as far as grocery shopping is concerned ??? I don’t think so. Obviously her version of customer service protocol is not something that you want to EVER experience as far as customer service is concerned l. I just thought it should be known. another inverary publix experience, sale signs up but when u go to purchase, they say it’s not on sale and expect me to sit around for them to find the item. 3 times now, the last time i sat and argued with the grocery manager that they have a sign up BOGO for an item that location literally never carries. needless to say the employee told her i was right about that.
