I called Lovely Orchid to order flowers same day for my mom for her birthday. I'm not a flower person, but my mom is. I told them a flower that my mom liked, a price range, and gave them free rein. The guy made me excited that she would get something good. I wasn't local, but I wasn't worried because I was kept updated on the delivery. They sent me a picture of the arrangement, and told me when the flowers were delivered. My mom absolutely loved the flowers, and also plans to use them in the future. They did a great job, and has great customer service.
I gave them a call around 1pm and needed help with a unique design. They were super helpful and gave me all the options of wrapping paper, flowers, and designs. They were patient with me and super kind! They delivered the flowers same day at about 2:30pm. Super quick turn around time and absolutely loved how the design came out and happy they were able to bring my vision to life! Will definitely use them for more occasions!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! My sister and I came here at 6 pm on a Monday and needed flowers for our mother who had just passed. We needed the flowers by noon Wednesday. Not only did they deliver the flowers to the church on time but the arrangement was way more than we expected. Thank you so very much to Ray and his wife. Rey and his wife were absolutely amazing! We went in for a boutonnière for my daughter’s homecoming. Her name is Lily, so she wanted to use a lily as her flower. Lovely Orchid made it happen! He loved the simplicity and beauty of it, and it looked amazing in contrast to their dress-ware. Their prices were very fair, and we will be utilizing their services again!
