the woman who delivered my flowers was very nice, she called to make sure i was home when it got delivered so that it didn’t get ruined in the sun. she also gave me a 2023 calendar. my christmas arrangement was beautiful and smelled amazing!! one of the best places in lehigh!!!

The first image is what I ordered as a premium design the second is what I got. I understand it can be challenging to receive a call about a design that the sender didn’t like. However I was met with a rude , defensive attitude and a women who wouldn’t hear me out. I won’t be ordering from this florist ever again. I trusted the site and typically I call direct to place an order with a florist but as a florist I was short on time. I hope tension was just high with it being Valentine’s Day but if you didn’t call the florist I’m not sure you’re getting what you looked for here . Sad to say.
