The entire experience was great. I ordered a lot of different pieces and am happy with every one of them. The colors and attention to detail was well beyond what I expected. The process takes a long time but it is worth it.

I decided very last minute to preserve my wedding flowers, and was able to find Keepsake Floral through a florist's reference. They were so phenomenal through the whole process, kept me well informed of the next steps and just how long everything would take. They gave multiple options for getting the flowers to them and back to me, even up to a week after my wedding. They were able to quickly preserve the flowers and retouch them based on only a photo from the day of my wedding. When the design consultation came I was given multiple options across a variety of prices and they were able to find one that worked for me. I decided to give a lot of creative freedom with the actual design inside the box since I'm not really good at that (you can have as much input as you'd like) and they did such a beautiful job. Would absolutely recommend this company to a friend or family member and would definitely use them in the future.

Sent our wedding flowers in for preservation. My mother used Keepsake years ago for her wedding and highly recommended. I was so happy with the communication and amount of care that went into preserving our memories from our special day. They absolutely nailed our vision and even though we are in Tampa the care they put into the packing made it survive the trip. Now we will always have this Keepsake from our wedding.
