EDIT: I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars as the shop delivered a new arrangement. Very disappointed. I ordered this bouquet through a third party website and this florist shop arranged the flowers. First, the flowers were delivered late even after I paid guaranteed delivery. Second, the flower arrangement were not the “premium” size that I paid extra for. Third, most of the flowers were wilted and dead, this bouquet was not fresh. I paid $86 for this arrangement and I called the third party website, they gave me a sad $20 discount. I then called this shop to see if they can make it right and they said they were going to send me another arrangement. It never happened. The flowers ended up in the trash because I was too embarrassed to give them to the person they were intended for.
Thank you for the getting those flowers there on time, my Wife loved the flower arrangement, it was a big hit at her office. Like always you guys did a great job. I'll see you on Valentines day . Thanks again
Just received a Birthday arrangement from my Best friend in Boston that looked NOTHING like what he ordered.(second picture) This flower arrangement was half the size of the one he ordered and came with a balloon which was not ordered as they are not environmentally friendly as well as no name chocolates that were unwrapped and propped behind the flowers against the wall! Yesterday they sent the correct flower arrangement (first picture) and Godiva chocolates in a gift bag which were what the original order was supposed to contain! I would never order from THE BUD STOP again it was an incorrect cheap presentation of what was ordered and paid for. Mercys flowers in the Gables took the order and sent it correctly and it was beautifully done. Shame on The Bud Stop.

I was only refunded $8 and that's it. I Would have thought since I orderd it 4 days in Advance that everything will be done correctly.
I asked the bud stop to do the floral arrangements for our baby shower. Not only was the service incredible and friendly the flowers were stunning. A++! They go above and beyond.
