I ordered these beautiful flowers for my best friend who lives in South Miami and had a baby. I saw all of the positive reviews so I decided to take a shot. The website had a lot of options and they’re all reasonably priced. There were also a lot of options for cards and occasions. I ultimately selected this white and blue arrangement. It’s even more beautiful than I expected. The handwritten was also a nice touch. I also appreciated that I could track when the arrangement was being assembled and eventually delivered.
If you are looking to have flowers delivered just go somewhere else. I ordered flowers from here to be delivered for someone's birthday. Online I was able to choose my desired guaranteed delivery date. The date I chose came and went, yet the flowers were never delivered. The next day, I called the flower shop asking why the flowers were not delivered. The response I received was, "We had issues with delivery drivers that day." I get it, issues occur that's out of your control, but as a business, that could have been communicated with your customer since you had an obligation to fulfill for that day. The store representative I spoke with said that they'll include balloons and chocolates to my order to makeup for the inconvenience. Not only were there no balloons or chocolates after delivering late, but the flowers which were delivered did not look like the arrangement that was advertised. Long story short, just go somewhere else.
