Had a great experience with flowers by Nelson, Uber eats made an error and delivered the wrong flowers. I called flowers by Nelson to see if there was any anyway we could come and pick up the right flowers considering they were for my engagement To my fiancé. They were super nice enough to come back to my apartment and bring the proper flowers. The smaller flowers were the flowers I received by Accident, the two sets of roses is what I was supposed to receive. Both flowers were beautiful by the way, but just the first order was not what I asked for. After talking to the florist, I understood that it was not his fault that I received the wrong flowers, but the Uber eats driver. Customer service was great, especially due to the inconvenience not being because of the actual flower location but because of Uber.

The flowers we ordered were by far one of the most beautiful arrangements we’ve ever seen! They were exceptionally priced & the attention to detail was beyond amazing! Fit perfectly for the arrival of our friend’s baby girl, Alessandra! We live in Los Angeles & researched many florists until we came across Nelson in Miami. His work is incredible & we are so grateful! Everyone at the hospital was in awe of the flowers and people even offered to buy the flowers from the new parents! Don’t order flowers from here. My husband and I are living in different states right now and he sent me flowers for our anniversary. He made sure to choose a bouquet that included dahlias since those are my favorite flowers. Instead of letting my husband know they did not have dahlias they included a pathetic bouquet of just roses with purple flowers that don’t even match the color of the roses. He paid $120 which we will be disputing for a bouquet that I could make from the local Publix for $30. This is not okay and my husband is so upset. On top of that the company blamed my husband and said he wrote the note in Spanish instead of admitting their phone probably translated it. (Your cell phone can translate if it is set to Spanish) which is fine but I don’t speak Spanish unfortunately so now I have to translate a note for my own anniversary instead of being able to read it. On top of that my name is Brittany…. They gave me a card that said Bretana.. like who wants to receive a note with their wrong name on it for their anniversary. This is so sad and please order from another local florist there are better in the area that will actually do right by the customer. First update: They now will only give us a 50% refund because they said my husband agreed to a bouquet without dahlias because they’re out of season even though he never told my husband this…. This company is taking zero accountability for their wrong doing! We are disputing with the bank instead and getting a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! bouquets look terrible and nothing like the photo, if you order for your wife on your anniversary they’ll write her wrong name and then gaslight you into thinking you don’t know your own wife’s name. Terrrrrrrrible company. Second Updates: the owner yelled at my husband on the phone and said he’d give a full refund because he’s tired of hearing from my husband. My husband emailed Bloom nation the website to confirm the refund and they called the owner and he got frustrated and hung up on them. Then they emailed my husband back and said they couldn’t give him a refund without confirmation from the florist. This has been a horrible experience and not worth the headache over flowers. Just go somewhere that cares about their customers and have great flowers. This place has neither.
