Was left a bouquet of flowers at the entrance of my home for who knows how long and some of the flowers were dead and others wilted. Called and was told they were told to leave them there. I was not aware that I was receiving flowers and was gone for a long period of time. I live in a gated community and don’t even know who let them in. I only use FTD which stand by there product and if not acceptable resend or refund their product. This store has poor quality flowers and even worse customer service. I let the person know never to use this florist again to send flowers and let friends and family known the same. It’s a shame that a business can’t stand behind their own product.
I was ordering flowers for a funeral of a very dear friend of mine and a lot of places were charging me way too much, and it was small, but flowertopia really came through for me i ordered online and was very. I confused about if it was going to get there nice or not but to my surprise, it came out beautiful and I was very, very happy. Thank you for making this very sad time for me.
